On February 26, 2015, the EPD took place in Sweden. BPW Sweden held discussion rounds with politicians and could reach a large number of interested persons during the Nordic Forum. Remarkably, an opinion poll showed that in the realm of gender and family policies a large majority of 69% of the respondents are interested in equal pay, 19% in pensions and 12% in quota regulations.

The Swedish Women's Lobby has initiated the campaign [http://sverigeskvinnolobby.se/en/project/1552-campaign-on-the-gender-pay-gap/ 16:00 – TIME FOR PAY ALL DAY!]. The Women's Lobby calls upon all women to stop wokring at 4pm to show that women are not paid for their work past 4pm. Men are getting paid for their entire working day. The Swedish Women's Lobby has initiated the campaign 16:00 – TIME FOR PAY ALL DAY!. The Women's Lobby calls upon all women to stop wokring at 4pm to show that women are not paid for their work past 4pm. Men are getting paid for their entire working day. The pay gap has remained more or less stable since the early 1980’s.
