Gender Pay Gap in Croatia

The gender pay gap Croatia rages from aroung 5 to 7 per cent, which falls under EU-average. However, it has to be noted that comparable data on the wage gap have only been collected for a relative short period of time as a result of Croatian membership in the EU. In general, the gap can be evaluated as a result of segregation on the labour market.
